Mwajuma is a professional Social scientist with over seven years of working experience in youth, democratic governance, and public accountability. She is competent in report writing, project proposal writing, data management, computer, communication, team leadership, and management. She worked with Uganda Youth Network as a project assistant in the Democratic Governance department where she took part in the implementation of program activities such as; Uplift program funded by World Vision, the leadership academy, and youth to youth funds supported by the Democratic Governance Facility (DGF).
Mwajuma holds a bachelor’s degree of Arts in Social Sciences from Makerere University.

Uganda Youth Net Worker (October – December 2015) Health Assessment in the divisions of Kampala funded by World Vision to address the gaps in the service delivery of health centers
Oxford University (September – November 2016) Energy survey in the slams of Kampala and in the rule areas of Uganda.
