Dr Peter Kisaakye
Dr Peter Kisaakye has over six years of experience in policy and applied research in both development and refugee settings. Peter holds a PhD from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Recent Assignments:
- aBi Development Limited (Jan 2023-Feb 2023) Contracted as Research Associate to conduct an Impact Assessment of aBi Development Limited Supported Projects.
- National Planning Authority (Dec 2022-Feb 2023) Contracted as a Research Associate to conduct a mid-term review of the NDPIII and End Evaluation of the NDPII for social Protection.
- Uganda Debt Network (Dec 2022-Feb 2023) Contracted as a Co-Investigator to conduct a study on building gender sensitivity and disability inclusive social protection systems in Uganda.
- UNFPA and National Population Council (Dec 2022-Jan 2023) Contracted as Co-Investigator to conduct secondary data analysis to inform production of factsheets and policy briefs in commemoration of the 8 billion population milestone.
- UNFPA (July 2022-Sep 2022) Contracted as a Research Associate to conduct a mid-term review of the joint programme on gender-based violence at national and in the target districts in Uganda.
- World Vision (June-July 2022) Contracted as Co-Investigator to conduct a medium-term expenditure analysis for child wellbeing in Uganda (2020/2021-2024/2025)
